About Us
Cybersecurity & Resilience for the World of Global Threats
Forged in Cyber Warfare
Our Story
Trilight Cyber was born from a simple conviction: Europe must build its own capability to defend against the nation-state cyber threats now targeting its enterprises.
Three forces converged to make this urgent. AI collapsed the cost of sophisticated attack — what once required nation-state resources now costs less than lunch. The most advanced cyber warfare on earth intensified across Ukraine, and those battle-tested tactics began spreading globally. And European boards woke up to an uncomfortable truth: sovereignty requires European capability.
We were built to close that gap.
The Founders
Olin Hyde and Patrick Hart have known each other for more than fifty years — childhood friends who spent their early years as classmates before building careers together in the dot.com era and beyond. They've relied on each other as advisors, collaborators, and peers across decades of building companies.
Olin is a serial entrepreneur with eight startups, two exits, and a track record of scaling businesses from inception to market leadership. As CEO of LeadCrunch.ai, he grew revenue 7,200% in three years, earning recognition as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. His company pioneered the use of artificial intelligence to generate demand for the largest names in cybersecurity — CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Arctic Wolf, Google, AWS, Cisco, Carbon Black, IBM, AttackIQ, and BugCrowd. He knows how this industry operates, who the buyers are, and what they need.
Patrick Hart became an entrepreneur after a distinguished career in executive roles at IBM Global Services, Cap Gemini, Accenture, and Philips Electronics. As founder and CEO of Soteryan, he built a cybersecurity consultancy trusted by FTSE 500 companies and European government agencies across Western Europe and Central Asia. His relationships across the continent's security leadership are both wide and deep.
Through Soteryan, Patrick worked extensively with Ukrainian cybersecurity entrepreneurs and professionals, who since 2022 have defended Ukrainian critical infrastructure against state actors — Sandworm, Fancy Bear, and many others. Not in simulations. In live operations under fire.
When we came together, we recognised what we had: a proven company builder, a trusted European commercial leader, and direct access to the operators with unique APT battlefield experience. We incorporated Trilight Cyber as a Swiss SARL — neutral jurisdiction, no geopolitical dependencies, zero data retention.
What We Do
We simulate nation-state attacks against your organisation to prove whether your operations can survive — and show you exactly where they cannot. Our Red Team methodology was not designed in a lab. It was extracted from survival.
Your future threats are our past engagements.
